The third myth will tell you that there are no side-effects of taking herbs. You really need to understand that herbs are natural allergens too, to say nothing of different effects they have on different people. What is more, exported herbs are usually created with mercury sulfide which may become the cause of nerve and kidney damage.
Though herbs are quite different in use and application, there are still naives that believe that every herb can cure everything. This is a strange thing to believe, because if this had been true, you would have needed to drink tea of dandelions and that alone would have kept you forever healthy. In fact, herbs come from different regions, help with different diseases, and are individually prescribed.
Another strange myth has to do with the belief that natural herbs are only found in the forest. This is a very strange thought indeed. First of all, herbs can grow almost anywhere: from the forest to your garden or city park. The truth is, the more natural surrounding herbs are found in, the better their healing properties are. Anyway, there is nothing unnatural in the very fact that you can buy the herbs in the local store or pharmacy.
One more myth has to do with herbal pills. People tend to believe that all herbal pills are safe. You really need to understand that herbal pills are safe to use as prescribed, but if you overdose or start using them as you wish, you may significantly damage your health. In fact, before starting any herbal therapy, it is a very good idea to consult your doctor or herbalist. Only the individually chosen scheme of herbs intake will do you any good. Plus, herbs take time to start doing you good, so you have to be patient for the results.
The life is changing, and this is seen even in the way we take care of our health. Today more and more people use herbs for health, rather than pills. Of course that does not mean that herbs for health can be the ultimate fix. Plus, as this market is growing, cheaters can try to get on the herbs for health as well.
