Daily life brings stress, period. Work related issues or the dynamics of a dysfunctional family can create it. Depression isn’t a condition for only “them”. It can affect the rich and the poor. It is not racist. No racial group is less likely to contract this disease.

The symptoms for all forms of depression are quite similar. These include mood swings from happy to sad and serious personality switches. Depression can result in insomnia. The feeling of helplessness, hopelessness and Desperation. Depression is real when it interferes with your ability to live your life. There is hope for depression sufferers. You can find help. There are medicines both prescribed and natural that can offer a cure. There are also medical professionals that can help your illness through ‘talk therapy’”. There are also many support groups that will help you deal with the disease. There can’t be a cure until help is sought.
